As a fully qualified member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, our founder Simon Wilkins gained 20 years’ experience with two major national and international recruiters before establishing a successful recruitment business in 2007.
All too often, recruitment firms target their consultants daily on numbers of CVs sent out and numbers of interviews arranged. This leads to CVs being introduced to companies with little or no consultation, interviews being arranged ‘blindly’ and a lot of wasted time for all concerned. At Wilkins Bruce we take the time to get to understand our employer and employee clients and what they really need. Our only target is to make successful introductions and would prefer not to arrange an interview at all than to have either candidate or employer left wondering why the interview ever took place.
